Use Heading 1 or Heading 2 paragraph styles for chapter titles in Word. Body paragraphs can be Normal style. If you don’t have styles set, any paragraph in ALL CAPS with fewer than 8 words will be treated as a chapter heading. You don’t need to reformat — just upload and we handle the rest.
